Who We AreShepherd's Gate is a Christ-centered, comprehensive, long-term, residential program for women who've experienced trauma including domestic violence, addiction, sex trafficking, and homelessness. For over 40 years, we have walked alongside women and their children on their journey toward healing providing safety, essential resources, encouragement, structure, and unwavering support. For as long as we've been in existence, Shepherd's Gate has been a safe refuge to over 15,000 women and children - work made possible solely through the generous support of our donors.
We're now looking for another passionate team member to serve as Residential Coordinator for our growing ministry on our Brentwood campus.
- Support, encourage, and pray with the women and children in the program.
- Demonstrate values and the heart of Jesus in a Christ-centered community.
- Ensure the home is safe, structured, and aligned with program guidelines.
- Help women stay on track with their goals, leading with grace and accountability.
- Drive residents to appointments (company vehicle provided).
- Foster healthy connections while maintaining strong personal boundaries.
- Provide spiritual and Biblical guidance to the women, children, staff, and volunteers.
- Experience with domestic violence, addiction recovery, or homelessness services.
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to live out your faith in your work.
- You're empathetic, adaptable, and able to lead with both kindness and accountability.
- You're teachable, flexible, and eager to grow in your calling.
- Valid driver's license (3+ years) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role.

Compensation: $20 - 22 per hour
