Cecil County Public Library is seeking a part-time Volunteer Coordinator to manage the youth and adult volunteer program. You will recruit, screen, onboard, train, and retain volunteers to support library missions across branches.
The role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, plus ability to travel to all branches and lift up to 25 pounds. 25 hours per week with schedule flexibility.
