We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive medical care to residents in a nursing home facility located in Pittsburgh, PA
. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, compassion, and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Manage all primary care consultations for residents
- Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
- Perform medication reviews and prescribe medications as appropriate
- Evaluate acute medical issues and establish follow-up care plans
- Formulate informed diagnoses based on medical knowledge and patient history
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Board Certification required
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday
