Position: Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Macton

Overview

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting highly motivated, compassionate individuals to provide top‑notch patient care in our in‑center hemodialysis units. The role supports our mission: “the care of the patient is our reason for existence.”

A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care as part of a patient care team to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes for every patient.

Schedule
:
Potential full‑time shifts of four 10‑hour or three 12‑hour shifts starting at 5 am, Sundays off, no overnight shifts.

Compensation
: $64,000‑$91,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
  • Conduct ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assess and communicate changes with physician and families
  • Administer and chart all prescribed medications
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
  • Document required patient education efforts
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance
  • Lead a small patient care team
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members
  • Perform additional tasks as requested
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated clinical excellence
  • Desire to collaborate with care teams
  • Problem‑solving ability

Education/Training
:

  • Accredited nursing degree required
  • Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available
  • 3‑month comprehensive training provided, including classroom and skills sessions
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
