Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process—including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to patients.

  Starting Rate $35.00 – $48.00
• $24,000 Sign‑On Bonus

• Med/Surg residency option available – $24,000 sign‑on bonus with 3‑year commitment
• $3.50 night shift differential

• Collaborate with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and utilize appropriate age and population‑specific standards as designated in the assigned clinical setting.
• Provide care throughout all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up as patients move along the continuum of care.
• Plan and coordinate care, conduct patient assessment, provide patient education, triage, and perform various nursing interventions.
• Operate within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.
• Recognize and apply the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements published by the American Nurses Association.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA are acceptable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where nursing is practiced and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
