Occupational Health Registered Nurse
Mercy Medical Center is hiring an Occupational Health Registered Nurse for a full‑time Monday‑through‑Friday day shift position at our downtown hospital's Occupational & Employee Health location, with periodic travel to the Lutherville practice.
Responsibilities- Triage patients with work‑related injuries.
- Monitor clinic flow to ensure timely patient care.
- Schedule referrals and obtain authorizations.
- Provide patient education.
- Support medical assistant staff as needed.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management and clinical supervisors.
- Active Registered Nurse license in Maryland.
- CPR certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school.
- At least one year of experience in an emergency room, occupational health facility, or similar setting.
Minimum: USD 38.58 per hour. Maximum: USD 69.44 per hour.
Compensation decisions are based on internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid‑portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
