About the Position

We are seeking a per diem, hospital‑based Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities- Support physiologic birth and attend water births.
- Manage VBACs and participate in cesarean sections for midwifery patients as part of an integrated care team.
- Provide full‑scope inpatient care at Peace Health Southwest Medical Center and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.
- Work 2–3 12‑hour call shifts per week; schedule varies per shift availability.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including 22 OB/GYN physicians, 3 Maternal‑Fetal Medicine specialists, and 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians.
- Leverage a broad scope of practice through a strong relationship with MFM leadership and teaching opportunities.
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) license.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience in inpatient midwifery care.
- Ability to work hospital‑based, per diem / as needed schedule.
$900 per 12‑hour shift
. Compensation information is provided based on available data at posting and is subject to change. No guaranteed minimum number of shifts, hours, or compensation.
