As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor working 3 PM – 11 PM, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring top-tier care for residents and seamless facility operations during your shift. Core responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting nursing staff to ensure adherence to care plans and clinical standards
- Overseeing the well-being and safety of residents throughout the evening shift
- Managing shift staffing levels, breaks, and task delegation
- Communicating effectively with healthcare providers and family members
- Handling emergencies and resolving concerns with sound judgment and compassion
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting during your shift
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or compact state
- Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- A passion for delivering compassionate and professional care
