Provide CNA support including vital signs monitoring for adult and pediatric patients;
Assist with ambulation, feeding, turning and repositioning;
Maintain patient hygiene and comfort (bathing, oral care, perineal care);
Assist with transfers and mobility using equipment (Hoyer lift);
Monitor and document patient conditions and vitals using Epic charting
