Internal Medicine MA Apprentice Program

The MA Apprentice Program is tuition‑free, an earn‑as‑you‑learn career opportunity designed to equip you with the skills needed to obtain your Washington State MA‑C credential. Approved by the Washington State Department of Health, the program offers hands‑on training, classroom instruction/online modules, and a pathway to a rewarding healthcare career.

Program Details:

• Non‑negotiable pay: $19.35/hour, increasing to $20.47/hour for the final 1,000 hours of on‑the‑job training.
• Bonus: $1,500 total bonus paid in three installments (payment subject to service term).
• Full‑time employment with benefits during training.
• Must have excellent attendance; consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance is crucial to provide high‑quality, compassionate care. Employees must adhere to attendance standards.

• Must be 18 years old, or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Resume, Personal Statement & Impact Statement – MUST ATTACH TO APPLICATION (multiple documents may be submitted).
• Personal Statement (350 words max):
  Explain why you feel you will be successful in the program, share your goals, and how you’ll overcome any challenges.
• Impact Statement (350 words max):
  Explain how you’ll balance online learning modules, skills lab, and 2,000 hours of on‑the‑job training with your other responsibilities.
