Location: Belcamp
RN Supervisor 3pm-11pm
The RN Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the nursing units. Must be an experienced Registered Nurse. They interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents’ care, and implementation of schedules per residents.
Responsibilities- Oversee medication administration and documentation.
- Ensure quality care is provided in compliance with policies.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff.
- Implement resident schedules and monitor staff performance.
- RN License in MD.
- Minimum 5 years RN experience.
- RN Supervisor or management experience preferred.
- LTC/SNF experience.
