Per Visit Admissions Nurse; RN- Hospice

Summary

Stella Maris Home Health has an opening for a Per Visit-Admissions Nurse (RN) to perform home hospice start of care visits. This position will cover clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Baltimore County/City. Home Hospice experience is required.

• Per visit rate is $60.00 ($80.00 for weekend)
• Start of Care visit is $175.00 ($250.00 for weekend)
• Additional rates for specialty visits

Under the direction of the clinical manager, the Home Hospice RN performs primary nursing care functions in conformance with professional standards of hospice nursing practice. Providing individualized care to patients in their home under the plan of care approved by the primary physician.

• RN licensure in the State of Maryland
• Experience in Epic and Oasis required
• Prior experience in home health/hospice required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

USD $36.25/Hr. – USD $55.80/Hr.

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
