Full-time - Night shift - 7:00pm-7:30am

Staff NURSE

Provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care, and functions as an advisor, resource for patients and their families as a member of the patient‑care team. Conducts and documents an initial and ongoing assessment and gathers data relevant to the patient’s/family’s individual needs. Develops and documents plan of care for selected patients/families. Implements, documents, and provides care and education based on the plan of care.

Evaluates and documents the outcomes of nursing practice.
