• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up.
• Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting, and related treatments.
• Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual.
• Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries.

• 2+ years of experience providing patient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner (required).
• Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner and appropriate state license (required).
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood‑borne pathogens, and related compliance standards.
• Detail‑oriented with confidence in medical best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent with common PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR applications.
• Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals.
• Respect and autonomy in decision‑making.
• Team‑based approach to patient care.
• ACLS/BLS certifications (we will provide if needed).

• 2+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (required).
• Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner and appropriate state license (required).

• 15 shifts per month.
• Top hourly rates.
• Performance‑based increases.

• Fewer days, focused shifts.
• Flexible work schedule set 3 months in advance; no on‑call and limited weekends.
• Clinics closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Easter with early closing on Christmas Eve, New Years’ Eve, and 4th of July.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP): $55.00 - $84.00 per hour, varying by skills, experience, and location.
