RN & LPN Positions Available - SHIFTS 7AM-3PM/3PM-11PM

Job Summary:

Crescent Cities Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care and support to our guests. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and care activities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Collaborate with our rehabilitation team to support patients' recovery and achievement of their healthcare goals

• Our state-of-the-art facility is located in Riverdale, MD, just minutes from the District of Columbia, Silver Spring, and College Park

Requirements:

• RN:
  Current licensure in the State of Maryland as a Registered Nurse; bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field

• LPN:
  Current licensure in the State of Maryland as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse;
  Diploma or Certificate in Nursing

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN or LPN

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and attention to detail
