The Nursing Schedulerisresponsibleformanagingallaspectsofthenursingdepartment ’sstaffingplan-ensuringourresidentsreceiveconsistent,quality care.
You’llcoordinatestaffschedules,track attendance,fillopenshifts,andsupportdepartmentheadsinmaintainingpropercoverageacrossallshifts.
- Developandmaintainstaffingschedulesfornursesandaides.
- Monitor attendance,call-outs,andensurecoverageforallshifts.
- Communicatewithdepartmentheadsregardingstaffingneedsandadjustments.
- CollaboratewithHRregardingnewhires,terminations,andstaffchanges.
- Assistinstafftrainingandin-serviceparticipationasneeded.
- Maintaincompliancewithallfederal,state,andfacilitypolicies.
