About Waldorf Women's Care

Waldorf Women's Care is an established, physician-led gynecology and aesthetics practice serving women across Southern Maryland and the greater DC metro area. Our patients come to us for everything from routine well-woman care to menopause and hormone management, fibroid and heavy bleeding treatment, and in-office procedures — and they stay with us because we take the time to listen.

We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who want to build real continuity with patients, work alongside physicians who are genuinely available for collaboration, and practice in a modern, technologically advanced, well-run environment.

What You'll Do
  • Perform comprehensive well-woman exams and gynecologic assessments
  • Diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions, including abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, infections, contraception management, and menopause symptoms

  • Prescribe medications and therapies
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic testing and imaging
  • Perform and assist with in-office procedures, including:

    • IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal
    • Colposcopy
    • Endometrial biopsy
    • Incision and drainage
  • Counsel and educate patients on preventive care, family planning, sexual health, and menopause
  • Document accurately and completely in our EMR and support timely charge capture

Skills
  • Sound clinical judgment and comfort working autonomously within a collaborative structure
  • Warm, clear communication with patients across a wide range of ages and backgrounds
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a busy outpatient setting
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
