Program Details

• Work 32 hrs per week: 3pm–7am shifts (2–16 hr) every weekend (Saturday/Sunday). Receive pay for 40 hrs and benefits.
• Full‑time & part‑time options available.
• PRN accepted with experience.
• $5,000 FT & $2,500 PT sign‑on bonus.

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy, and to those needing long‑term care.

• Administer medications: give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Wound/skin care: perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Monitoring: observe physical and mental health status—track changes and analyze data.
• Clinical procedure: provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens.
• Care planning: assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaboration:
  
  strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and others.
• Family & resident education: explain health status, changes and expectations for care.
• Documentation: keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress, and interactions.
• Team oversight: oversee and delegate CNAs ensuring quality care and teamwork.

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).
• Must pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.
