This position provides comprehensive nursing care, focusing on preventive health, first aid, and immunizations to protect associates and patients.
Responsibilities include documenting medical data, collaborating with healthcare providers and risk management teams, and developing wellness programs to enhance employee health and work-life balance.
It involves implementing health compliance initiatives such as influenza vaccination, TB testing, and N95 fit testing, as well as evaluating workplace safety and injury prevention measures.
The role manages the temporary modified duty program, assesses associates after work injuries, and conducts pre-employment physicals to evaluate fitness for duty.
It also includes administering medications and vaccinations, managing medical supplies, and providing exposure follow-up and counseling.
The position requires active participation in meetings, community outreach, and quality improvement teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience; BSN preferred
• 3-4 years nursing experience; occupational health experience preferred
• Valid RN license; COHN certification and CPR certification required
• Strong assessment, triage, and first aid skills
• Knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations
• Excellent patient education, communication, and computer skills
