We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Williamsport Health & Rehabilitation Center in Williamsport, Maryland, United States. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
• Assessing patients' conditions and developing individualized care plans to meet their unique needs
• Collaborating with healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient care, advocating for patients' rights and dignity at all times
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in the state of Maryland
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
