Location: New Port
Riverside Health System in Newport News, VA is seeking a registered nurse for home health care on an intermittent visiting basis. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires strong clinical judgment, documentation accuracy, and the ability to supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides. A Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred; RN licensure in Virginia is required; CPR/BLS certification is required.
