Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Prince Frederick, MD

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

• Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit, maintaining patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:3–4
• Monitor and interpret fetal heart rate patterns using Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
• Respond to neonatal emergencies utilizing Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Float between like units as needed to support staffing requirements
• Complete required compliance modules via the online learning portal prior to start and annually thereafter

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; pending state license accepted
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Must be available for weekend shifts
• Local candidates are welcome

• 3 or more years of Labor and Delivery experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to floating assignments across like units

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week providing stability throughout your contract
• No on-call requirement, offering a more predictable and balanced schedule
