We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Williamsport Health & Rehabilitation Center in Williamsport, Maryland, United States. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our patients and their families.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
- Assessing patients' conditions and developing individualized care plans to meet their unique needs
- Collaborating with healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Provide excellent patient care, advocating for patients' rights and dignity at all times
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in the state of Maryland
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
