Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as directed by the physician
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the physician and other healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for our residents
