As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and progress
