Palliative Care Nurse
Stella Maris in central Maryland is seeking an Admissions Nurse (RN) to join the Home Hospice team. You will be the main point of contact, explaining hospice services and coordinating admissions for the appropriate program.
This full-time, Monday–Friday role requires MD RN licensure, prior hospice or home health experience, EPIC experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license. You will collaborate with patients, families, physicians and discharge planners to ensure smooth onboarding.
