What You’ll Do
  • Lead and inspire a talented, compassionate team of veterinary professionals.
  • Partner with our experienced hospital manager to oversee operations and implement new initiatives.
  • Mentor veterinarians and support staff while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Continue delivering the exceptional, relationship‑based care our clients have trusted since 1971.

What We’re Looking For
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Active (or easily transferable) Maryland veterinary license
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
