You'll help us build and scale our in-house lawn care program from the ground up. Initially, you'll run your own spray route (bed maintenance and lawn care applications) while coordinating 2-4 other crews. As the department grows, so does your role.

• Run your own spray route and manage quality for other crews
• Handle scheduling and daily coordination
• Train crew members on processes and quality standards
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate small projects
• Manage equipment and ensure crews have what they need
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Comfortable with technology (phone apps, basic computer use)

1-2+ years lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience

Proven track record of reliability and quality work

Pesticide applicator license (or willing to get one)

Leadership or training experience is a plus

Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
