About the RoleYou'll help us build and scale our in-house lawn care program from the ground up. Initially, you'll run your own spray route (bed maintenance and lawn care applications) while coordinating 2-4 other crews. As the department grows, so does your role.
- Run your own spray route and manage quality for other crews
- Handle scheduling and daily coordination
- Train crew members on processes and quality standards
- Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate small projects
- Manage equipment and ensure crews have what they need
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfortable with technology (phone apps, basic computer use)
1-2+ years lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience
Proven track record of reliability and quality work
Pesticide applicator license (or willing to get one)
Leadership or training experience is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
