a  Managing Veterinarian  who combines exceptional clinical skills with
strong leadership and a passion for growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire a talented, compassionate team of
veterinary professionals.

Partner with our experienced hospital manager to
oversee operations and implement new initiatives.

Mentor veterinarians and support staff while
fostering a positive, collaborative culture.

Continue delivering the exceptional,
relationship-based care our clients have trusted since 1971.

What We Offer

Competitive compensation:  $115,000–$160,000
base salary + production-based bonuses

What We’re Looking For

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
from an accredited institution

Active (or easily transferable) Maryland veterinary
license

Strong leadership and mentorship skills

A team-focused, growth-minded approach to veterinary
care
