Prince Frederick Animal Hospital
We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist with a passion for pets and their people. Having an understanding for the importance of client care and compassion in the veterinary field. Seeking an enthusiastic employee who can multitask in a busy work environment.
Training provided. Shifts include evenings and Saturdays.
Responsibilities- Greeting and welcoming clients and their patients with sincerity
- Answering busy telephone calls and returning e-mails.
- Scheduling appointments
- Informing the veterinarian on call of any emergencies that require urgent attention.
- Issuing invoices for treatment and prescribed medication
- Take requests for medication refills and appropriately relay such requests
- Filing patient records and creating new patient accounts
