Landscape Manager

• Minimum 3 years of safe, professional tree climbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good driving record and ability to obtain a Medical DOT Card.
• Ability to work effectively and safely within a team environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more.

• Background or education in Forestry, Horticulture, or Landscaping.
• Relevant pesticide or LTE licenses and/or Arborist Certification.
• Leadership and organizational skills with potential to grow into a management position.

Compensation:
Hourly position paying $30–$35 per hour. Benefits:

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, though hours may vary depending on weather conditions and seasonal demands. Emergency Call Response:
Employees may occasionally be required to respond to emergency calls related to storm damage, fallen trees, blocked roadways, or similar incidents. The company strives to keep these call-outs to a minimum, but frequency depends on weather and the severity of each event. Driver's License Requirements: A CDL is not required. Candidates must have a valid standard driver's license and be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Certifications:

The company is willing to support employees with training, certifications, and tuition reimbursement, including industry credentials such as ISA Arborist and pesticide licenses. Relocation Assistance:

Requirements
