Dixon Valve - 203A Log Canoe Circle - Responsibilities:
Verify incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products against engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase orders.;
Perform dimensional and visual inspections using standard mechanical measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).;
Review supplier certificates of conformance (CoC), material certifications, and test reports for compliance.;
Verify traceability between product identification, supplier certifications, and applicable documentation.;
Identify and document nonconforming material; coordinate with Quality and Production teams on proper disposition.
