Our client, a leading global manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join their team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the quality assurance department supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a commitment to excellence, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:

Millington, MD

Pay Range: $90000 - $100000

What's the Job?

• Supervise and mentor a team of quality technicians to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Maintain and improve quality management systems and documentation processes
• Monitor key quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting activities
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues
• Support ISO 9001:2015 compliance and drive continuous improvement efforts across production processes

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality tools
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
