Job Title
Lot Operations Specialist II – Individual Contributor (Management Level)
Responsibilities- Tag keys and add them to the inventory
- Release keys
- Update key tags
- Maintain a key log
- Prepare items for sale
- Assist in managing temporary or contract labor
- Check temporary workers in and out
- Maintain time‑clock badges
- Schedule assignments
- Engage customers and determine their need for assistance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum:
High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience in a related field - Alternatively: A higher degree or a combination of education and 5 years of experience in a related field
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with PC software applications (MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
- Preferred:
Previous experience in the auto, logistics, or transportation industry
Frequent exposure to wet or humid conditions, occasional outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts, electrical shock hazard, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Moderate noise level.
Drug TestingApplicants must clear a pre‑employment drug test. The company does not administer a marijuana test for this position, but it is a drug‑free workplace and possession, use, or being under the influence of illegal drugs during work hours is prohibited.
