Certain Teed’s Hagerstown plant seeks a data-driven Quality Manager to own the plant’s Quality Management System (QMS) and champion SPC. You will lead a multi-shift Quality Control team and drive CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
You will manage supplier quality, perform root cause analysis, and push data-driven decisions across production to reduce variation and improve process capability.
