Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Position Summary
Responsible for overseeing the overall implementation ofquality control plans, ensuring the quality of the work meets the project’s contractual requirements. Manages and coordinates all quality activities at the project site.
- Develops,maintain sand communicates QA/QC standards for the project.
- Reviews project specifications for code compliance and constructability within industry standards.
- Conducts and manages field observations of MEP systems todeterminecompliance with approved plans, specifications, and other contract documents.
- Preparesforperiodic quality control reports forthemanagement team.
- Recognizes and actively engages in the development of solutions to correct deficiencies in the project. Identifies and directs corrective actionsasappropriate.
- Maintains records, prepares reports, and correspondence,relativeto QA/QC work.
- Organizes and runs QC/QApreparatoryand planning meetings prior to work taking place infield.
- Provides coaching and performance feedback to direct reports as needed.
- Typically manages,perhaps throughsubordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs,methods and staffing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Manage mentor related field, or equivalent education,training and/or experience
- 7+ yearsofrelevantexperience, including 3 years of lead experience
- Strong understanding of lean construction/manufacturingprinciples
- Strong verbaland written communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Advanced customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite(Excel,Wordand Bluebeam)

Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For (Colorado/New York City/California/Washington/Maryland/Virginia/DC) this ranges from $ - $ plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
