Position Summary
As a Property Manager at Colliers, you will oversee all aspects of managing a portfolio of commercial properties, including operations, financial activities, tenant relations, vendor management, and project oversight.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Respond promptly to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations.
- Prepare annual budgets and conduct tenant reconciliations.
- Oversee all operational tasks and ensure effective property management.
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate.
- Experience with capital improvement projects.
- CPM or RPA designation.
- Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance between actual and budget figures.
- Experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license with a clear motor vehicle record.
- Construction management experience.
- Experience with contract and leasing agreements.
- Experience managing staff.
Location:
Landover, Maryland
Approximate Salary Range: $85,219 to $105,000 (annual bonus eligible based on performance).
