Proficient in applying innovative approaches to problem solving. Good oral and written communication skills are necessary together with a history of self‑motivation and work in a team environment. General knowledge in microbiology, virology and/or clinical laboratory science.
Experience in handling of infectious biological samples and working in a cGMP environment are desirable. Experience in manipulation and processing of clinical specimens for the isolation of nucleic acids is advantageous.
A degree in a biological science with at least one year of lab experience. Interest in medical device product development is a plus.
Additional Information- Lab experience preferred
- Prefers industry experience vs academic
- Minimum 1 year lab experience required
- Not looking for someone who is too green and just out of school
- Experience with a instrumentation a +
- Someone who can validate studies a ++
- Writing and executing protocol a ++
- This is more of a molecular biology role
