Responsibilities of our Servers:

Deliver warm, genuine hospitality while creating memorable dining experiences from greeting through farewell.

Guide guests through the menu by confidently describing dishes, seasonal features, cocktails, wine selections, and food pairings.

Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the dining experience.

Execute all company service standards and steps of service with consistency and professionalism.

Accurately enter orders, process payments, and ensure timely, accurate food and beverage delivery.

Demonstrate expert knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and beverage offerings.

Practice responsible alcohol service and verify identification in accordance with company and state requirements.

Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, culinary teams, food runners, and managers to ensure seamless service.

Maintain clean, organized stations and complete opening, running, and closing side work, including stocking supplies, and preparing the dining room for service.

Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.

Participate in ongoing training and continually expand product knowledge.

Complete all training set forth by management

Maintain performance standards and motivates team through positive role modeling

Performs any additional responsibilities, although not listed, as asked by a manager at any time Minimum two years of serving experience; upscale casual or fine dining experience preferred.

Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Professional appearance consistent with company standards.

Able to report to work as scheduled, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Adhere to restaurant uniform policy at all times
