The Sales Associate at COSTELLOS ACE is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role involves maintaining product knowledge, promoting store merchandise, and contributing to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and fostering customer loyalty.

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice and assistance on product selection, usage, and maintenance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies.
• Assist in the organization and replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
• Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.
• Uphold store standards for cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment is preferred.
• Experience with customer service and client relationship management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management is beneficial.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics for handling transactions and inventory.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and able to lift merchandise as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail environment.
