Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Position Summary

Assistant Store Manager – responsible for day‑to‑day operations, leasing, maintenance, customer service, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of property operations, including leasing, customer relations, rent collection, and financial reporting
  • Maintain the property through regular checks, daily walks, and minor repairs
  • Uphold cleanliness standards, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal
  • Respond to customer inquiries, conduct tours, and explain lease terms
  • Address customer complaints and emergencies promptly
  • Follow company policies to maximize efficiency and tenant satisfaction
Physical Requirements
  • Bend and lift to move items at least 25+ pounds
  • Operate tools and equipment such as bolt cutters, grinders, and drills
  • Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods while performing indoor/outdoor tasks
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work at multiple locations
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to meet sales goals
  • Valid driver's license
