We are a woman-owned business recently featured in Travel & Leisure for our unique, hands‑on approach to style. Our customers walk in with an idea and walk out with their new favorite piece of clothing—crafted by you in just minutes!
The Role:Craft, Create, and Connect
This isn’t your average retail job; it’s a deep dive into the boutique world:
Design
Collaboration:
Work one‑on‑one with customers to curate the perfect patch layouts for sweaters, hats, and shirts.
Production: Master the heat press to bring custom designs to life in real‑time.
Merchandising & Strategy: Use your eye for detail to keep the shop looking 'press‑ready' and assist with our social media strategy.
Business Operations: Learn the 'basis for success' through hands‑on inventory management and shop flow.
