Title: Seasonal Part Time Crew Mate (Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate)
Department: Retail
Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee)

Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority.

• Generate sales and meet performance goals and measures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with top customers.
• Support in‑store event sourcing and execution.
• Ensure the store reflects the brand vision through hosting events.
• Lead the store in email capture and train new associates on best practices.
• Keep the customer wish list current and notify when products arrive.
• Assist with training new associates and help foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew and customer environment.
• Help recruit and refer top talent for the store’s teams.
• Support store and team‑building activities with the management team.
• Maintain efficient merchandise controls.
• Maintain loss prevention awareness at all times.
• Help maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
• Help maintain merchandising to company standards, current compass (floorset), and brand initiatives.
• Contribute to weekly product feedback.

Wage range for this role is $17.65-$18.51 per hour.
