• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs.
• Guide and support members regarding self‑service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Assist members with locating merchandise and resolving issues and concerns.
• Promote company products and services.
• Assist management in supervising associates in assigned area, assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training on processes and procedures.
• Support the Open Door Policy and participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.
• Receive, stock, and organize supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors.
• Maintain sales floor organization, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Handle merchandise presentation, returns, and claims per company procedures.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality, including rotation, code dating, product recalls, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee picking and staging of club pick‑up orders throughout the day.
• Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy.
• Lead and participate in teams, coordinate work assignments, provide feedback, and model adaptation to change.
• Respect diversity, build teamwork, strengthen the team through mentoring, and act with integrity and humility.
• Serve customers and members by delivering results while putting the customer first, making data‑based decisions, and balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

• Experience leading a team and supervising, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload of others.

Hourly wage range: $22.00 to $30.00
* * The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
