KEY HOLDER PART TIME, HANOVER, MD
Camille La Vie is seeking part‑time Key Holders for our store location in Hanover, MD. All candidates will provide excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that customers are assisted until all buying needs are met. Associates will also handle sales through the POS system, meet sales goals, and maintain the store environment to company standards.
Responsibilities- Maximize sales & customer satisfaction by providing superior customer service.
- Maintain sales and productivity standards.
- Communicate effectively with associates and management and be flexible to the needs of the business.
- Build relationships with customers through consistent communication.
- Understand and maintain department standards.
- Help maintain housekeeping standards.
- Resolve all customer issues.
- Adhere to shortage reduction and compliance procedures.
- Be enthusiastic.
- Participate as a team player.
- Detail oriented.
- Work weekends, day & evening shifts.
- Have passion for fashion, retail, and customer service.
- Highly self‑motivated and eager to learn.
