• Promptly review the work schedule, check required equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties at the start of the shift.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place mix on trays, push trays to ovens, and bake goods.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print and attach labels, clean display cases, and place fresh goods into cases.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate to complete job duties and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Complete the 60‑day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including physical base scores for this position.
• Ability to use or learn to use the equipment and tools required for the job.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Meet company performance standards for the job.
• Meet company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
• Agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.
• One year of work experience or technical training preferred.

• Shift hours: minimum 4‑hour shifts or more depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continual maximum.
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55 %, sit 0 %, walk 45 %.
• Category IV lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.

Salary Range is between $15.50 and $19.00 per hour.
