Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and retail shrink;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with guest inquiries;
Conduct personalized makeup demonstrations, applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards;
Remain informed of promotions and marketing initiatives and inform guests;
Book appointments for services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while achieving MAC brand and store sales goals
