Colliflower Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Ballenger Creek, MD to learn the craft of running a parts-focused store. You’ll rotate through technical fabrication, inventory management, and customer service to prepare for a Store Manager role.
You’ll gain hands-on hydraulics training across regional locations, with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–5:00 PM) and Saturday mornings, and you’ll be part of a team that delivers "Exceeding Expectations" for customers and partners.
