Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests with gaming needs and promotions;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Assist with scheduling and training store associates, including onboarding and compliance training;
Maintain store appearance and organization, ensure merchandise is stocked and properly displayed;
Process transactions using POS system and handle cashiering duties; manage bank deposits and closeout paperwork
