Telemarketing Appointment Setter – Home Energy Solutions (No Cold Calling!) Maryland & Southern PA Applicants Only

We’re Maryland’s oldest home energy‑efficiency improvement company, offering solar, HVAC, energy‑efficient windows, roofing, siding, and insulation. With rising energy costs, homeowners are already interested—you just need to schedule appointments with them.

What You’ll Do
  • Work warm leads only — no cold calling or dialing random lists
  • Call aged data (20+ years) + fresh inbound inquiries daily
  • Use proven scripts to overcome objections and lock in appointments
  • Set appointments for free in‑home energy evaluations (no hard selling)
  • Hit daily/weekly booking targets and maximize commission
Compensation
  • $15–$20/hour base (1099)
  • Aggressive commission structure (up to $150 per appointment)
  • Performance bonuses + year‑end volume incentives
  • High performers can significantly increase weekly earnings
